Discipline in the workplace has and will always be a ‘thorny’ issue for employers. If all employees followed the rules and always acted in the interest of the employer, there would have been no need for disciplinary codes, rules, regulations and dismissals.

However, in any dynamic environment, discipline forms the backbone of success, without it, no business can survive!

  • PPD Innovation presents various training courses for chairpersons, complainants and HR practitioners to successfully conduct disciplinary hearings and to ensure that discipline is consistently enforced throughout the employer organization.

    Notwithstanding the fact that employers follow the rules, disputes do get referred to the CCMA and bargaining councils,  and employers who do not know what to do and how to act in such cases, pay a hefty price, sometimes more due to ignorance than fault.

    Therefore we also present training on how to present or defend a case at the CCMA.
