    FIND OUT MORE

  • Raising Giant Killers shares an analogy of the lioness and how she prepares her cubs for, and raises them in, an extremely harsh and ruthless world.

Her ability to make time, to care for, nurture, protect, teach, expose and eventually wean her cubs to become “giant killers” is truly remarkable.

This powerful analogy not only offers significant points to ponder on mentorship, but also provides an opportunity to explore and understand the fundamentals of mentoring in a growing relationship. Creating mentoring success depends on the intentional role the mentor needs to play.

A must for anyone involved and tasked with the privilege of developing others.

COLLABORATIVE
LEADERSHIP

  • In the wild, survival belongs to the united. The pride that hunts as one. The pack that focusses on a common goal. The herd that shields its young. The coalition that pursues with relentless coordination.

Nature is a harsh place if you operate alone - like in business, it rewards those who have mastered the art of synergy. The Synergy programme brings your team into that reality. We strip away the office abstraction and ground you in the raw wisdom of the wild, exploring what happens when individual brilliance transforms into collective resolve and dedication. Synergy is for teams ready to face their own disfunctions and move beyond cooperation, obsessed by the principles of Synergy - where trust is instinctive, alignment is intentional and the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. 1+1=3

  • Building a high-performing team takes more than a single workshop. It requires resolve - the collective commitment to work on dysfunctions, honour agreements, and grow together long after the initial session ends.

The Rewards of Synergy is that next step. This follow-up workshop goes beyond a simple refresher. It invites your team back into the powerful metaphors of nature - not just to revisit the principles of synergy, but to discover what those principles yield when pursued with intention.

Because every synergy principle offers a return on effort.

ADAPTIVE
LEADERSHIP

  • Possibly one the of the greatest leadership challenges is to lead others during change and uncertainty.

Leading during change can be compared with a mountaineer leading an expedition to a summit. Mountains are among the most demanding of nature’s ‘classrooms’. Not only do they represent a physical challenge but they require and mandate a “purpose to summit”, a willingness and resolve to conquer as a team and a relentless pursuit despite the conditions and the uncertainty of what is lying ahead. Discover what builds greater trust during change. Learn how to grow accountability, initiative & problem solving. Understand what it means to “Lift” as you lead.

  • What are the constants that define truly great leadership? Explore the enduring truths of leadership - truths that have outlived wars, prison cells, assassinations, military coups and failed economies. Reflect on the permanent, stable principles that stand firm throughout history. Moving beyond fleeting trends, we focus on the foundational beliefs, core values, and decisions that should inform a leader’s every action.

The programme offers a dedicated space for conscious reflections and intentional actions anchored in each of the leadership truths.
