He is the founder of Peoples Dynamic Development, a consulting business dedicated to enhance performance and leadership capacity across diverse sectors. His first book -Fundamentals for Effective Mentoring: Raising Giant Killers, has received international recognition and is endorsed by renowned leadership expert Dr. Ken Blanchard.
